A Few More Wintery Shots

I know we are all tired of winter, but bear with me as
I show a few more winter shots.
The first two shots probably show an early spring.
These icicles were captured just a day ago.
The next three shots somehow got 'lost' when I installed Photoshop Elements 7.I found them just yesterday and wanted to share them. On a drive in to Winnipeg Jake and I saw this almost pure white Snowy Owl.
I think he is stunning, and I'm so glad I found these pictures again.
It's strange how photos can get lost on the computer.
The earth is the Lord's,and everything in it.
Psalm 24:1

  2. That owl is beautiful. Apparently the males get whiter as they get older. I only saw heavily barred females this year, still a nice find.

  3. That snowy white owl looks so beautiful and pristine! I could look at him forever. Also - your icicles are much prettier than mine! :-) We received over 4 inches of snow this morning!

  5. Your snow white owl must be a male! Though they usually have SOME darker spots - what a gorgeous thing - made my day, Ruth!

  8. Ruth: You are still looking so cold. That Snowy Owl is a wonderful capture.
The crocus now have a skim of snow so it will be a while until they open, we need to warm up.

  10. It is incredible to ever see a snowy, and you found a pure white one, which means it's a male, but I'm sure you know that! Wonderful shots!
