Bath Time

Words are not needed to enjoy the following photos.
I make no excuses for the algae growth,
because the birds don't seem to mind,so why should I fret.

Pull up a chair and let's watch a few moments of activity at our little pool.

Thought for today:
When words become unclear, I shall focus with photographs.  When images become inadequate, I shall be content with silence.  ~Ansel Adams

  6. And they don't even mind that we've invaded their privacy, lol! What lovely shots of such joyful abandon to refresh one's body in the heat of the day. There's a reminder for me to soak in and refresh my soul with the Living Water!

  7. I like the quote. I've already taken my fountain down as it has gotten quite nippy at nights. The birds so love moving water.

  24. Maybe the algae adds nutrients and taste :-) I'm embarassed at times when I show my fountain and the algae has covered it, but like you say..the birds don't mind! These are great. I love watching the birds around water. I've been watching my little sparrows at the fountain every day and they have such fun as well as getting a drink.
