Telling a Story With Photos

If I could tell the story in words I wouldn't need to lug around a camera.
I am so thankful that I have the privilege of capturing just a little of the beauty I see around me.

The following pictures were taken around the middle of September, but the time really doesn't matter, the beauty of nature is endless.
I am always amazed at how lovely, even the roadside weeds can look with the right lighting.

Not the best shot ever, of an American Kestral. This bird seems to avoid my camera like the plague.
This is about as good as I can get it, for that I am thankful.

The setting sun is much easier to photograph, therfeore,I have many more pictures of that event.

The scene changes moment by moment.

Finally as the sun is about to drop below the horizon, it looks extra large.

Closing Thought:
Find joy and beauty in every day.

  13. I love this story and a story it is. just watching that big fiery ball drop behind the trees is a story by itself. I am afraid to leave home without a phone or camera because I always miss something. I took camera and phone to big cat habitat and the phone took better photos through the wire than the camera

  23. I so love that first shot! It really is a beauty...maybe because it reminds me of here. Not that I don't love the sunset pictures. And like you, I cannot get a decent photo of a kestrel for love nor money.

I wanted to thank you for all your visits and prayers for Roger and me. I am not sure how much I will blog, but beginning to think I might be capable of a few posts.
