Look To The Sky

Let's turn our eyes toward the sky.
I find in the sky an endless and ever changing beauty.I would encourage you to watch the sky and see if you will not, also find beauty that is amazing.

No two sunsets are the same, but oh the beauty they give us.

Zooming in a little closer, the look changes, but the gorgeous color remains.

Ok,so not everything we see in the sky has been created by God.Some of it is manmade, but can also look good. I liked the light of the setting sun on these con trails and aircraft.

One evening the sunset produces the most brilliant oranges and on another evening the sky is glowing with rich pinks and lavenders, and deep blues.

The colors of the sky can also be reflected in any standing water. This was taken before the lake had completely thawed. Small areas of open water reflected the beauty of the sky.
Even as I write this,I am reminded that I need to reflect the love of Jesus to those around me.

To Think About:
When life is getting you down, and you can’t see a way through.
Remember behind the darkest clouds there awaits a sky so blue.

Wow, all gorgeous pictures. My favorite is the partially frozen lake, something I have never seen!! So the pink is the water, and the rest is ice? Love the first picture, too. That is just another thing I love about sunsets. Each one is totally different.

that reflected sky is just spectacular. i think the reason i love sunset/sunrise over the gulf or ocean is the reflections in the water makes it even better.

Hi Ruth, I never tire of your inspirational posts. You are so right about each sunset being unique. When I look at a beautiful sunset, like the ones in your photos here, I am reminded of the infinite power of God. Your blog is a blessing indeed. Thank you, as always, for sharing. Wishing you an excellent weekend ahead! John
