Joy To The World

Come along as we continue our walk through the majestic winter wonderland, created by God.
I get excited when I see this kind of beauty and since it is Christmas time,I will add the words to one of my favourite old Christmas carols.

Joy To The World

Joy to the world
Joy to the world
Joy to the world, the Lord is come
Let earth receive her King
Let every heart prepare Him room
And Heaven and nature sing
And Heaven and nature sing
And Heaven, and Heaven, and nature sin.

Joy to the world
Joy to the world
Joy to the World, the Savior reigns!
Let men their songs employ
While fields and floods, rocks, hills and plains
Repeat the sounding joy
Repeat the sounding joy
Repeat, repeat, the sounding joy

No more let sins and sorrows grow
Nor thorns infest the ground
He comes to make His blessings flow
Far as the curse is found
Far as the curse is found
Far as, far as the curse is found.

He rules the world with truth and grace
And makes the nations prove
The light of His righteousness
And wonders of His love
And wonders of His love
And wonders of His love
And wonders, wonders, of His love

Joy To The World The LORD is Come!

  5. "The term ‘hoar’ comes from an old English definition which means ‘signs of old age’ and relates to when the frost forms on surfaces, it looks like white hair." This is what I read when I looked up how hoar Frost is different from other kinds. Apparently it is the feathery appearance. These are simply gorgeous, I always look forward to your frost pictures. You ARE the Frost Queen.

  9. So beautiful.... Snow is pretty in Winter --but the hoar frost is AMAZING. I remember seeing it for the first time one year when we were in the Arkansas mountains..... It was AWESOME --just like your photos.... Thanks so much.

    Hugs,
