Clouds

Well folks, I have one more older post to share. Obviously these images were captured this past summer.

Yes, it  is winter by now and we do have some snow and most notably, we have no leaves on the trees now.

This is a little spot northwest of where I live, called Mary Jane Reservoir.

It is quite a scenic area and many people go fishing there.

I happened to be on the road at just the right time. The sky put on a lovely display.

Those billowing clouds are so beautiful in my mind.

Yes, these are all in the Mary Jane Reservoir area. Such beauty in the sky and so many folks miss it, because they are not looking up.

Closing Thought:

Almighty God, please help me live to worship You with contagious joy and gratitude.

I'm definitely a cloud watcher!! And, even enjoy the bare trees...they too have much beauty.

your clouds are as pretty as our clouds, but the ones I took did not have the other beauty in yours, mine just had a few house rooftops

Hi Ruth, Thank you for taking us along to Mary Jane Reservoir. Truly a scenic area and the beautiful clouds are wonderful in your photos. I hope I’ve mentioned your November header before, but, if not, it is just excellent. I wanted to say a special thank you for the way you incorporate spirituality into your blog and Facebook posts. It is a delight and uplifting to be following you. Best regards from Seattle! John

The backlit cloud is my favorite. I always think of them as a smile from a loved one who I lost.
