Eyes To See The Beauty

Simple scenes really can be the best.

I will let you enjoy these scenes while you ponder the following quote.

The camera is an instrument that teaches people how to see without a camera.

Practice seeing more beauty, even without a camera.

The last one is my very favorite. We have to recognize beauty without a camera in order to be able to capture it with a camera! You are the best at this.

That is a great quote, Ruth. Had to ponder it moment. And your photos, beautiful as always. Those vast sky and field pictures are favourites!

Yes, you are correct...we need to practice seeing the beauty around us even without our cameras...to appreciate all that God has placed in our paths to enjoy and behold and to glorify Him. Right now as I look out my window here in my room with a view it is night time, but I can see a low hanging crescent moon between the trees. I wish my camera could capture the beauty of it better, but mine is very limited on moon shots. So I am enjoying what I can see of it through the trees above Still Waters Pond. I wasn't expecting to see it, so it is a lovely little blessing. Yes, it is good to see the things God has for us, even without the camera! Have a blessed and wonderful week.

Oh Yes! We all have to slow down and take time to see the beauty in the everyday world. Beautiful details in these flowers, Ruth.

That quote is so very true. Since taking up photography as a hobby, I notice so much more about the world. It's so achingly beautiful. Thank you.
